| The foundational ideas on which bio-focusing is based are the following: • Open-mindedness is good. Expertise in one area won’t necessarily do the trick. Being able to ride a bicycle doesn’t mean you can drive a car and being able to drive a car doesn’t mean that you can windsurf. But if you can do all three, you’re better than most at creating movement. • Truth is good. Having the humility to agree with truth rather than attempt to be in charge of truth helps the healing process tremendously. • Creativity is good Argue for limits and you’ll always have them. • Trying is good. Simple actions and techniques work in unpredictably effective ways. The more you wait, the longer you wait.
